  3. Leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly using lukewarm water.
  4. Follow with a moisturiser.
  5. Do this at least once or twice a week for “softer, more hydrated skin“.

2. Turmeric Paste for Eczema and Itching:

  1. Make a paste with the use of 1 tablespoon of grounded neem leaves paste, and 1 tablespoon turmeric powder.
  2. Apply the paste mixture at the affected portion.

The anti-bacterial property of both neem leaves and turmeric relieves rashes.

Benefits of Turmeric:

Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory properties, and this is how it eases inflammation linked with conditions such as eczema.

Also, the spice has been found to reduce inflammation that isrelated to joint conditions such as arthritis.
