Ingredients:
1 quarter fresh pineapple
1 orange
1/2 handful cilantro

This drink is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene and vitamin E. You can increase its beta-carotene by adding apricots, mangoes, or even both.
Ingredients:
4 celery stalks
3 carrots
1 golden beetroot
1 medium pear
½ cucumber
