One of the reasons why this is very popular is it is very simple, and provides great results. The diet’s main rule is to consume bananas in the morning, then drink plenty of water at room temperature all thru the day.

But can something this simple give results?

The answer is, Surprisingly yes! Hitoshi was able to to try this diet regimen, after trying a number of diet plan, with no success. He made his own diet regimen with the help of his wife, who is a pharmacist. When he found out that the diet is very effective, he started recommending people to try it, and all of them were also successful at losing excess weight.

Japanese Morning Diet Plan:

1. Before eating breakfast, you need to consume 1 banana, then drink 1 glass of water right away. You should not have anything before lunch.

Bananas are loaded in starch, which is a special type, that promotes weight loss. When consumed, the banana goes straight to your large intestine, without dissolving in the small intestine. Then the starch starts fermenting upon reaching the large intestine, where bacteria turn it into short chain fatty acids. Also, it improves your GI tract’s function, and feeds your cells, therefore, making you healthier than ever.

Remember not to overload your stomach. You can normally follow the 80/20 rule: Eat 80% of your meal and leave 20% in your plate.

You can only consume raw bananas and wait at least 20 minutes after consuming one. If you still feel hungry feel free to eat another one.

2. Drink plenty of warm water because this will boost your metabolism. Do not drink milk or alcohol.
3. Your dinner should not be later than 8PM, after which you should not eat anything else.
4. Go to bed before 12AM, as lack of sleep can make you gain weight.
5. You can eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner, but your snacks should be fruits only.
