Cauliflower Fried Rice


2 Beaten eggs
Sesame oil
Chopped White onion
Frozen carrots
Frozen peas
Soy sauce


1. Chop some cauliflower florets and place them in a food processor until it is minced.
2. Preheat a large skillet using medium heat and put a bit of sesame oil. 3. Add chopped peas, onions and carrots. Then stir until tender.
4. Place the vegetables to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
5. Combine the veggetables and eggs together. Then add the minced cauliflower with a bit of soy sauce.
6. Stir until fully cooked.

Note: Total cooking time is roughly 10 minutes
