Many people suffer from back pain, and sometimes, this painful condition can become unbearable if you do not do something about it.
Conventional medicine offers many treatments for all sorts of health conditions, but, it has not founded an effective treatment for back and joint pain.
Luckily, the traditional Chinese medicine successfully treats chronic pains with the help of acupuncture.
A Natural Solution – Acupressure
Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that damaged energy flow is the main cause of disease. Similar to acupuncture, acupressure relieves congested energy or “qi” that flows through meridians throughout your body. Also, it promotes blood and lymph flow.
Also, acupressure helps in relieving muscle tension by undoing any knots, which may be causing pain or discomfort.
Acupressure is done by applying pressure to specific points on the body. Some points can even stimulate systems or organs on the opposite end of your body.
A goood example is, pressure points in your feet and ears are said to have beneficial effects on specific organs, which include gallbladder, liver, and lungs.

Here are the three points you need to press and massage to eliminate your joint and back pain:
GB29 is the 1st point you need to stimulate. It is located at the junction of the pelvis and femur, and this will help you alleviate hip and joint pain.
GB30 is the 2nd point you need to stimulate to help in the treatment of pain located in the lower back, shoulders, joints, and hips. You will find it behind, and also a bit lower of your bottom, at the back end of the pelvic bone.
B54 is the 3rd point to stimulate relaxationg of the muscles, soothe the hip and lower back pain. It is located right behind your knee.
1. Apply firm and steady pressure with the use of your index finger or thumb, and hold for at least 2 minutes.
2. For better results, follow up with a massage to further increase blood flow to the affected area.
