Natural Remedies for Bleeding Gums:

1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has several home uses, and one of it is treating bleeding gums.

Swirl the juice in your mouth at least 3 times a day. Aloe Vera contains antibacterial features that help enhance the healing process of your gums.

2. Baking Soda

Make a paste using water and baking soda. Massage the mixture on your gums before brushing your teeth.

The alkalinity of baking soda helps in neutralizing the acidity caused by bacteria in the gums.

3. Cranberry Juice

Take some unsweetened cranberry juice, and drink it daily.

Cranberry contains anthocyanins and phenolic acids, which are known to contain anti-microbial properties that help in keeping your gums and teeth off the harmful bacteria.

4. Honey

Place some raw honey on your fingertips, then massage on your gums gently.

Honey contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help kill the bacteria causing bleeding gums. Make sure to regularly apply honey on your gums.

5. Milk

Milk contains high amounts of vitamin K and calcium, which can help in strengthening your gums and stop bleeding. Also, the anti-inflammatory nature of milk is helpful in soothing and reducing the inflammation caused by the condition.

7. Salt Water Rinse

All you need is warm water, then some salt. Mix the two, then rinse your mouth thoroughly with the solution. Use it at least 2-3 times a day.
