For this treatment, you will need a cup of honey and two cups of milk. Pour the two into a wash basin and soak your feet from 15 to 20 minutes. If you feel that you will need more of the mixture, just add two more cups of milk and a cup of honey. After 10 minutes of soak, massage your heels while they are soaked in the mixture. Do this for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. Towel your feet dry.
- Rosewater and glycerin. Another natural treatment that can fight cracked heels is the combination of glycerin and rosewater. Glycerin is known for its ability to soften the skin which is one of the reasons why it is often used in various cosmetics. Rosewater, on the other hand, contains vitamins A, C, B3, D as well as E not to mention it contains antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. You only need to mix equal parts rosewater and glycerin then rub on your cracked heels and feet daily as well as before you go to sleep.
