1. Juice It

In using a blender, crush about 10 leaves and put into your blender with a cup of water. Blend the leaves and then strain the juice using a muslin or cheese cloth.

2. Tea Infusion

Use about 3-5 medium-to-large leaves and 2 liters of water. Boil the leaves using the water, until it is reduced to about half the quantity. Leave it to cool, then discard the leaves and consume in small doses as needed.

The tea may be stored in the fridge until 5 days, but drink it as fresh as possible.
