Directions:
1. Split open a kola seed pod.

4. Place 4-6 kola nuts into the pot of boiling water.
5. Boil the nuts for at least five minutes.
6. Remove the pot from heat.
7. Pour the mixture using a strainer in a mug.
8. Discard the kola nuts.
9. Allow the kola tea to cool slightly before drinking.
