1. Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
2 Tablespoon cashew butter (MUFA)
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 medium apple, chopped and peeled
½ cup soy or skim milk
Ice

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend for a minute.
3. Put in a glass.

2. Orange-Lemon Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup soy or skim milk

Handful of ice
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)

Directions:
1. Mix yogurt, milk, orange and ice in a blender.
2. Blend for one minute.
3. Put in a glass.
4. Stir in flaxseed oil.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoon cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (MUFA)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen and unsweetened peaches

Directions:
1. Put milk and peaches in blender,
2. Blend for one minute.
3. Place in a glass.
4. Stir in flaxseed oil.
