Pineapple Cilantro Lime Dressing


1/4 avocado
1/3 cup fresh pineapple
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp cilantro
2 Tbsp jalapeno (optional)
1 Tbsp minced green onion
2 tsp grape seed oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Put all the ingredients in the food processor until smooth.

1. If the dressing is too thick, you can add more pineapple or a small amount of pineapple juice.
2. If you’re not into anything spicy, you can skip the red pepper flakes and jalapeno.
