To prepare, the oven is preheat to 190 degrees Celsius while baking dish is sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. To prepare, the strawberries are rinsed and the stems are removed. Then, they are pointed down side up on a cutting board and a deep “x” is cut in the top of each strawberry. After that, cream cheese and sour cream are beat in a small bowl until smooth. Then, filling is piped or spooned into each berry.
