Raw Potato Juice Preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes, then peel and take out all the sprouts and green parts because these are toxic.

5. Drink the juice, as soon as you prepare it. You can add some lemon or honey to improve its taste.

Always use ripe potatoes, and potatoes that are free of new sprouts, black spots, and green areas. These areas contain toxins, therefore, make sure you remove them before juicing.
