1. Dry Skin Issue

When you are stressed, your bodies release stress hormones that can negatively affect your skin in various ways, including how your skin holds onto moisture. Also, dry skin can lead to a loss of luminosity, therefore making you look even more stressed out.

Solution: Remove Dry Skin by Exfoliating

You have probably heard of dry body brushing, but do you know that it also works wonders on your face. But do not use the same brush.

The brush for your face is quite similar to your body brush, but it is much less harsh and is made specifically for the delicate skin on your face, plus with ultra-fine, soft bristles. The face brush helps to purify and increase circulation on the skin, as well as exfoliate and remove the outer layer of dull, dry skin cells. This will leave the appearance of your skin noticeably smoother, brighter and softer.

The best part is that it is all natural, no exfoliating product needed. Also, it is easy to do and takes less than a minute.

2. Fine Lines and Wrinkles Issue

Wrinkles and fine lines are often called “worry lines” because they are linked with stress.

Coconut oil is loaded in antioxidants, which can prevent the formation of free radicals that are one of the main causes of early aging. Coconut oil is a natural skin-softening moisturizer and contains emollient, which helps in reducing wrinkles that have already developed.

You can massage coconut oil into your skin each night before bedtime to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines while you sleep.

Olive oil is most often use as a moisturizer because it is rich in vitamins A, E and antioxidants, which also help to fight the skin-damaging free radicals.

You can take a tablespoon of olive oil and then massage it gently into your skin twice a day. Olive oil also works to protect against sun damage and after exposure.

3. Face Breakout Issue

Stress can increase your skin’s oil production which can lead to breakouts.

Solution: Use Healing Masks

To heal and hydrate your skin, try applying masks a couple of times per week. Yogurt and honey can be used to create soothing masks, which can help to hydrate skin and fight common causes of acne.

Yogurt and Honey Mask:
1. Mix 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 tablespoon yogurt.
2. Apply to face.
3. Leave on for 10 minutes.
4. Wipe off using a damp cloth.
