1. Citrus Fruits and Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:
1.5 cup home brewed green tea
1 cup pineapple
1 cup spinach
1 orange

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Benefits:Tea and citrus are known to reduced the risk of ovarian cancer. Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, calcium, iron, folic acid, vitamin (A, C) and alkalizing properties.

2. Apple Banana With Broccoli Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 large handfuls of broccoli
1 apple
1 banana
1-½ cups alkaline water
