Make sure that no one else is around when doing this highly effective double chin-buster. Stand up straight and place your arms on your sides. Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips and attempt to kiss the ceiling. Try to extend your lips as far away from your face as possible. Hold it for about 5 seconds, relax then go back to the starting position. Do 2 sets of this kissing exercise. Each set consists of 15 repetitions.

Stick Out Your Tongue Like You’re the Rudest Person

In some cultures, sticking your tongue out is actually a sign of respect! It’s also an effective exercise for eliminating double chin. Stand up straight and relax your shoulders. Open your mouth as widely as you can. Stick your tongue out so far that you feel those muscles in the jaw area really tighten. Hold this position for about 10 seconds. Go back to your starting position. Do this exercise 10 times in a row on a regular basis for a lovelier chin.

Perform Some Crunches for the Chin

This double chin-zapper is best performed while you’re in bed. Prop up your upper back with a couple of pillows. Contract the muscles in the front part of the neck and try to keep your head properly aligned with the rest of your spine. Hold this position for about 10 seconds. Relax your neck muscles as you slowly take your head back to the starting position. Do this 5 to 6 times although you should take a break in case you feel dizzy.
