Ginger Ale Drink

INGREDIENTS:

4 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
4 teaspoons honey
2 cups soda water
2 cups water
Lemon
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Chop ginger using a food processor.
2. Boil the water and then add the ginger into it. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add honey.
3. Let mixture cool at room temperature.
4. Put 1/2 cup of mixture into a glass and add 1/2 cup of soda water, a lemon slice and ice.
5. Stir and serve.
