Liver Lover Smoothie


1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 Tablespoon hemp powder or seeds
¾ cup coconut water
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup dandelion greens (kale or spinach as alternative)
¼ avocado


1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
