This energy balls recipe is a great pick-me up prior to your workout. It is
packed with fiber, protein, and and antioxidants.
Energy Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crispy oats or flax meal
1 Tablespoon honey agave nectar
1/2 cup raisins or dark chocolate chip
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Roll up into bite-sized balls.
3. Refrigerate for an hour before eating.
Note: Eat this energy balls before your workout and consume no more than 1 or 2 energy balls per day.
